The box showed up with a small dent, which made me a little nervous at first, but the item was wrapped really well inside. Luckily, nothing was damaged. From my experience, the packaging did its job, so I’m happy enough with it.

"Stopped working after just a few days"
I bought a small gadget from falconelectronics.com and at first it seemed to work totally fine, but after a few days it started cutting in and out. Now it barely even turns on, which is frustrating. I also got a bit confused because one email seemed to say one thing while the product/support info made it sound like another, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Overall, not what I expected and annoying.

I ordered from Falcon Electronics and the delivery date ended up being way off. It showed up 5 days late, and the tracking was barely updating the whole time, which made it even more frustrating. The product itself was fine, so I can’t really complain there, but the shipping experience felt careless. I needed it sooner, so overall it was annoying and not something I’d want to deal with again.

"Delivery Took waY Too Long"
I ordered from falconelectronics.com thinking my stuff would show up in a few days like the site said, but nope... it ended up taking almost 2 weeks. that was Frustrating.
I kept checking the tracking over and over, but it barely changed, which just made it more annoying. Customer service did answer me, to be fair, but all they really said was to wait.
When the item finally showed up, it was fine and worked as expected, so no issue there. But the shipping time was way too slow, and I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something Fast.

"Checkout felt more frustrating than it should’ve"
I was just trying to buy a pair of headphones, but the checkout process turned into a bit of a hassle. The page froze right after I entered my card details, which already made me a little uneasy, and then it asked me to put in my shipping info again. Reading between the lines, it felt like the site wasn’t handling the order flow very well. The final total also didn’t show up until late in the process, and that’s when the extra shipping charge appeared. The order did eventually go through, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth or confidence-building experience.

"Broke after two days, and I got the usual policy excuse"
I was disappointed with this. It felt like cheap parts right out of the box, and sure enough, it broke after just two days of use. When I tried to get help, I basically got told it didn’t fit their policy, which was really frustrating. I just expected it to last longer than a couple days

I ordered from falconelectronics.com, the tracking was fine. It took about a day before the first scan showed up, so I was wondering a bit at first, but after that it updated regularly. I could see where my package was most of the time, and it ended up arriving when they said it would. So yeah, not perfect right away, but overall, nothing to really complain about.

I bought this charger recently, and the charger itself works fine with no issues so far. The only downside was my experience with after-sales support. I reached out with a question and had to wait a few days for a reply, and when they finally responded, it didn’t really solve much for me. Overall, the product is okay, but the support experience was frustrating...

"Order was okay, but the delay was annoying"
I ordered some wireless earbuds and a charger from Falcon Electronics, and the ordering part was totally fine. Checkout was easy, and I got the confirmation email right away, so no complaints there. The only annoying thing was the shipping came a day later than the date they showed. I know it was only one day, but still, it was late, and there was no real heads up about it being late.
The box showed up in good shape, and everything inside was packed well, so that part was fine. Nothing was damaged and the items worked like they should. I’m just taking off a star because the delivery was late, and again, they didn’t really say anything about the delay until I just kept checking the tracking myself. I’d probably order from them again if the price was good, but the late delivery was definitely a little frustrating.

"Clear updates, though it’s sad this isn’t the norm"
I had a good experience with Falcon Electronics. I asked a couple questions before ordering and they got back to me fast, without any confusing answers or runaround. The shipping updates were clear too, so I always knew what was going on. the only disappointing part is that this kind of simple communication feels rare these days.

"Warranty support came through eventually"
I had a problem with my headphones after a few months, which was annoying because I’d been using them mostly while working and also on walks around the neighborhood. I reached out to warranty support, and they did take a little while to get back to me, so I was kind of wondering if it was going anywhere. But once they replied, they were helpful and got a replacement sent out. It wasn’t the fastest process ever, but in the end I’m happy with how it turned out
